We attribute much of our running improvement and PR races to the nutrition and work out programs provided by Team Beachbody. In particular the 21 Day Fix played an integral part in this past year’s success. We shed quite a bit of weight while gaining strength on the program. Most important was the fact we learned how to eat much cleaner and with better portion control.
